I’m a wife, mom of two, professional problem solver, full-time snack getter, and the finder of just about everything that's ever gone missing. I love spending time with my family in beautiful Southern Oregon, and I'm passionate about helping female health and wellness business owners turn their business dreams into reality.

As a virtual assistant, I help women dietitians and wellness professionals take the overwhelm out of running their businesses. With a background in women’s health and family medicine, I understand the unique needs of health and wellness professionals.

Since 2020, I’ve worked as a virtual assistant, but I recently shifted my focus to supporting female health and wellness business owners. Now, I streamline backend operations, create efficient systems, manage projects, and help with social media so you can grow your businesses with ease.
